Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights,
you have the right to return products purchased through a distance
contract, regardless of the reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving
the package without stating a reason.
To request a refund, return, or exchange of an order placed on
www.biruintaolteniei.ro, you will need to contact BIRUINȚA OLTENIEI
COOPERATIVA AGRICOLĂ by email at comenzi@biruintaolteniei.ro.
The submitted request will be reviewed, and we will notify you by e-mail about the status of
your notification within a maximum of 3 business days.
Refund, return, or exchange requests are accepted within a maximum of 14 days from
the date the order was placed.
The shipping cost for returning the products is borne entirely by
the customer unless stated otherwise.
The refund of the value of the returned products accepted by BIRUINȚA
OLTENIEI COOPERATIVA AGRICOLĂ will be made within 30 calendar
days from the date of termination of the purchase contract, through the same payment method
chosen by the Buyer.
If the courier company delivers your order and the package has
visible signs of damage, is crushed, wet, open, etc., do not
accept the delivery and file a complaint directly with the delivery person or the courier
service, stating the reason for the refusal.
If the returned products are unsealed, have damaged packaging, or
the original packaging is missing or damaged, or show signs of scratches,
dents, etc., our company has the right to decide whether or not to accept the return
or if, due to these non-conformities of the products, it will deduct from
the value of the products an amount estimated by BIRUINȚA OLTENIEI
COOPERATIVA AGRICOLĂ, through the website www.biruintaolteniei.ro,
refunding the Buyer a proportional amount estimated based on these non-conformities.
If the buyer refuses the refund offer estimated by
BIRUINȚA OLTENIEI COOPERATIVA AGRICOLĂ, they have the option
to receive back the returned product, non-compliant with this policy, while also
bearing the cost of reshipping (delivery fees) the product.
Also, in the case of damaged or non-compliant products, a return request must be
made as indicated above. The damage must be described in detail, and
photos demonstrating its extent must be attached within 3
days of receiving the order.
