SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery of products by BIRUINȚA OLTENIEI COOPERATIVA
AGRICOLĂ is carried out in physical format, sent via a courier company.

Choose the desired product and press the "Add to cart" button. Enter the
delivery details and choose the payment method: online by bank card or cash on delivery. Please
fill in the order form correctly and indicate the natural or legal person
to whom the billing and delivery will be made.

The e-mail address is very important because information related to the purchased
product will be sent via e-mail.

If you choose online payment, enter your details, press "Continue to payment" and you will be
redirected to the Shopify Payments processor, where you will enter
your card details.

For these types of payments, you will benefit from
bank security for online transactions, guaranteed by Shopify Payments.

BIRUINȚA OLTENIEI COOPERATIVA AGRICOLĂ does not store and does not have
access to your card details.

If the transaction is successfully completed, you will be redirected back to the website
www.biruintaolteniei.ro, where you will receive details regarding access to the purchased
product.

If you choose cash on delivery, you will pay the order value upon
receiving the product from the courier agent. They will provide you with a
receipt for the amount paid.

Parcel delivery is made via express courier depending on each customer's destination.
Delivery will be made within 3 days from the confirmation of the order and stock availability
via e-mail. For any delays, please

The shipping cost will be communicated by BIRUINȚA OLTENIEI
COOPERATIVA AGRICOLĂ at the time of order completion. The minimum
shipping cost is 20 RON.
